Conn McLaughlin

Chef Conn McLaughlin will prepare all the gourmet treats onboard. The imaginative menus are created from fine ingredients sourced from local markets, accompanied by fine wines and specialty cheeses that guest discover for themselves during their daily excursions.

From Ireland, Conn has been cooking for the past 10 years. He has worked with such people as Gordon Ramsay and Paul Rankin. Conn has just recently joined us from the Alps where he cooked in a 5 star chalet. His lime chilly puy lentils are to die for.
